Solo II Review

Posted by Alex Mussafi on

The Solo II one of the latest releases from Arizer. It is the big brother to the Air II and the Argo, and is a step up from the OG Solo. Arizer is also known for their desktop unit the Extreme-Q.

The Solo II is a portable hybrid vaporizer utilizing a glass as the pathway providing excellent vapor quality. The Solo II is on the larger side, so it is much more suited for home use but that is not to say you cannot take it out. What the Solo II lacks in portability it makes up for with its impressive battery life and large cloud production. It also has one of the most impressive heat up times on the market making it an excellent device for those who need to medicate quick.

The size of the unit is one of the least appealing factors to the unit. While it isn’t the most optimal piece to pocket, you can but you will know it is there. Plus the stem it doesn’t make for the most portable unit either. That being said, if you have a bag or backpack it is very easy to travel and use on the go.

One thing that can be said for sure is that Arizer does not slack in their design and quality. The unit is built extremely well, and the only thing you really need to worry about breaking is the glass stem and they are relatively cheap to replace.

Temperature, Heating, and Battery

This is the area that the Solo II shines. With a full temperature display allowing you to choose from temperatures between 122F – 428, the Solo II can provide you with a comfortable session no matter your preference. With an impressive heat up time, you can start medicating in as little as ~20 seconds. The Solo II also boasts an impressive ~3 hours of battery life which outshines even the Mighty (one of the #1 vapes on the market)

The Solo II comes standard with the following accessories:

  • Arizer Solo 2
  • Wall Charger
  • 2x Glass Aroma Tube
  • 2x Silicone Tube Caps
  • Glass Aroma Dish
  • Belt-Clip Carrying Case
  • Stainless Steel Stirring Tool
  • Stainless Steel Screens
  • Botanical Sample
  • User Manual
  • 2 Year Warranty

In addition you can buy the following accessories:

  • Straight stem
  • Curved stem
  • Water pipe adapter

What makes it shine?

The Solo II is an impressive unit for anyone who is seeking a pleasurable vaping experience. With a quick heat time, long battery life, satisfying vapor, and the ease of maintenance makes this unit a winner. The one main drawback to the unit is that is not the most pocket friendly unit, but if you are looking for something to use at home this tank is a winner.
