I have no issues with this product. Works as described. My old wireless charging dock did not work. Bought some new gear on amazon. Charging dock, cord and power block. No issues. I don't know if people are using old hardware or maybe got a bad batch, but flawless operation. Bought this because I broke the glass when it tipped over. The base is stable. Difficult to tip over. Thank you Cream City Vapes for the awesome product (and price).
