Most orders will require an adult (21+) ID and signature at the time of delivery.

MOST ORDERS HAVE A 1-7 BUSINESS DAY SHIPPING GRACE PERIOD. Day 1 is the first business day after the order is placed. Please allow the full 2 business days to receive your tracking notification email. If you receive a tracking number within the 2 business days, please allow the full 7 business days for tracking to update.
PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET REGARDING THE STATUS OF YOUR ORDER BEFORE BUSINESS DAY 7. If you do not receive a tracking notification email by business day 5, submit a support ticket and be sure to include your order number.
MOST SHIPMENTS REQUIRE AN ADULT (21+) SIGNATURE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY. To remain compliant with the requirements of the PACT Act, carriers may ask to see a valid, government-issued ID with photograph, as well as obtain a signature from an adult (21+).
SOME ORDERS ARE SPLIT AND SHIPPED FROM SEPARATE LOCATIONS. This is a normal part of our shipping process and depends on warehouse inventory. If you have multiple items in your order and choose an upgraded shipping option, you may be subject to multiple shipping charges due to inventory availability. You will receive a separate tracking notification email for each shipment detailing which items were shipped per tracking number.
MOST PACKAGING IS DISCREET. Items are packed into plain white or brown envelopes or boxes. The return address reads "Shipping Department". Packages ship from warehouses in Wisconsin, Illinois, Georgia, Ohio, Kentucky, California, Texas, and Florida.
In some cases, packages ship directly from the manufacturer or artist, in which case the packaging may be different and indiscreet.
Please note: some items require an indiscreet shipping label due to PACT Act requirements.
CARRIERS MAY VARY. CCV has sole discretion over which carrier is used when generating tracking numbers. The quickest and most cost-effective option will always be considered first.
CARRIER SCANNING CAN BE UNRELIABLE. Shipments may not be scanned upon pickup and tracking may not update until the package is delivered. Please know once an order leaves the warehouse, we are not responsible for the package.
LOST OR STOLEN UNINSURED PACKAGES ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CARRIER. CCV is not responsible for uninsured lost or stolen packages.
To ensure receipt of your order, you must purchase insurance for the shipment. Insured shipments that are lost or stolen will be replaced or refunded by CCV.
IF YOU SUSPECT YOUR PACKAGE TO BE LOST OR STOLEN, PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT A SUPPORT TICKET WITH CCV. First, check with your neighbors and in your mailroom, if applicable, then proceed to report the lost or stolen package with the carrier. *
If your shipment was insured, please report the lost or stolen package with the carrier prior to submitting a support ticket with CCV.
READ ALL SUPPORT GUIDELINES AND SHIPPING POLICIES PRIOR TO SUBMITTING A TICKET. All ticket submissions must include your ORDER NUMBER, FIRST AND LAST NAME, AND EMAIL.
Please wait for a response to your initial submission – do not submit additional tickets.
INTERNATIONAL AND NON-CONTIGUOUS US SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE ON A CASE-BY-CASE BASIS. While PACT Act restrictions are put into place, we will consider all international shipping inquiries. However, we reserve the right to refuse shipment to anywhere outside of the United States based on shipping restrictions.
ALL INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS ARE SUBJECT TO ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS CHARGES UPON DELIVERY. CCV is not responsible for any extra shipping charges once the order is shipped. If you need to return an item, you are responsible for shipping fees, including any customs charges. CCV will not accept or refund any items returned if payment is required upon delivery due to unpaid international shipping charges.
*If the carrier was USPS and you suspect your package to be lost or stolen:
Reach out to your local USPS - they can identify and contact the carrier responsible for delivering your package.
If you are still unable to locate the package, submit a Help Request Form with USPS. The form will be submitted to your local post office for official review.
If you do not receive your package within 7 days of submitting the help request form, you can submit a Missing Mail Search Request with USPS. At this time, you may submit a support ticket to CCV and we will provide you with the shipping information required by USPS to complete your claim.
